SFBB04: Artist Sign-Up Post

GENERAL RULES & INFORMATION

1. Please make sure you join the community. It will be the Artist’s responsibility to watch or track the community to make sure you don’t miss anything.

2. Acceptable art includes: A fanmix with at least 8 songs, a series of at least 8 icons, a video, a podfic, a single piece of two-dimensional art such as a cover or banner (manip, drawing, etc), or title and chapter banners. [At least one piece of art is required; if the artist would like to produce additional work that is fine.]

3. Artists may co-create art. If you choose to co-create art, please only sign up once and list both usernames in the sign-up.

4. Artists may have also signed up to write fic, but may not claim their own fic for which to produce art.

5. Please note that check-ins are mandatory this round.

6. Artists will have the opportunity to claim additional fic if there are any unclaimed fic after the first round of claiming.

7. Artwork must not be posted anywhere on the web prior to your posting date.

8. Since this is a multi-fandom, small fandom challenge there is a high probability that Artists will be asked to create artwork for fandoms they are unfamiliar with. Authors are aware that they may be called upon to assist their Artist with screencaps, character descriptions, etc.

After you have signed up you will receive an e-mail to confirm that we have received your sign-up. Invitations to join our support community smallfandomcafe will not be sent out until Artist Claims open.

SFBB04: Updates & Reminders

November 1st has been a busy day here at Small Fandoms Bang and you’ve probably seen a bunch of posts hitting your f-list today. I just wanted to summarize everything in one post so things don’t get lost.

1. Author Sign-Ups are now closed. We have 81 story sign-ups this round, which is very exciting!

2. Our first Author Check-In has gone live right here. (Remember, these check-ins are mandatory.)

3. Artist Sign-Ups are now open right here.

4. Our first Saturday Snippet post is up over at smallfandomcafe.
