Summary: Marvelous is only a child when he realizes that the Zangyack intend to take everything from the people they conquer, starting with their lives and including their ability to mourn.  As he gathers the rest of the Gokaigers, he learns the ways in which they've been holding onto their own cultures and funeral practices, and tries to create his own from the ashes of a past he never learned.
