SFBB01: Final Draft and Posting Date

smallfandombangFinal Drafts: I just want to remind everyone that the final draft due date (for fic and art) is coming up! Your final draft is due on Saturday, March 31st.
Posting Date: We have decided that, rather than assign dates that don’t work for some people, we’re going to allow authors to sign up for the posting date that works best for them. I’m letting you know now so that you have time to talk with your artist(s) about what days work best for each of you. (Artists, if your author doesn’t contact you regarding this, then please do contact them.)
The sign-up post will go up on April 1st. Authors may only sign up once they’ve submitted their final draft, or otherwise contacted us to let us know what is going on.
Posting begins on April 5 and will run through April 30. Two (2) authors will be able to sign up for each day. (If all 57 authors submit their final drafts, we will have three (3) authors on several of the posting days so that everyone posts by the end of April.)

(Though I can pretty much guarantee you that we will not make you send us every single piece of artwork you have created. o_O *g*) I'll make sure to include that information in the 'submit your final draft' post when it goes up, which should be sometime this week.
