SFBB01: Final Draft Submission Post

We’re putting this post up now so that people that are finished may submit their final drafts right along. Please follow the instructions below to submit your final drafts. (We do realize that some people may not be quite 100% finished, but we still need you to send in your final draft if you plan on posting. If you are dropping out, please let us know ASAP!)
~Include the subject line, form and attachment as set forth below.
~Email your final drafts to: sfbbmod @ gmail.com
~To make it easier for us to keep things organized, if you have written more than one story, or created artwork for more than one story, please submit a separate e-mail for each fic or art. Thank you!
Fanfic:
Subject line: LJ User Name - Fic - Final Draft
Body: Copy and paste the below form into the body of your e-mail and fill it out.
Attachment: Please attach your fic in Word or text format.
Fanart:
Subject line: LJ User Name - Art - Final Draft
Body: Copy and paste the below form into the body of your e-mail and fill it out.

We do not require that you send us every single piece of art you have created, but we do need to see that you have fulfilled the criteria with respect to the artwork requirements
Graphics: We only need to see your primary/main piece of artwork. For example, if you created a banner and some icons, we just need to see the banner. Either attach the artwork or provide a link to where you are hosting it so we may look at it.
FanMixes: Please include a track list of songs and attach the cover art or provide a link to where you are hosting it so we may look at it.
(I’ve based the above on the information provided during Check-In #4. If you have created artwork that does not fit these categories, please contact us so that we may tell you what we’ll need from you. Thank you.)
Reminder: The sign-up post for posting dates will go up on April 1st. Posting will run from April 5 - April 30. Authors, please remember that you may not sign up for a posting date until we have received your final draft.
