Not that any of them really believe Dash belongs there, and Dash apparently has something on Mars as to why he shouldn't be there, either. Add to that the fact that the powers that be seem to be Up To Something and the three deceased professional weirdness investigators have a mystery on their hands. It isn't going to be an easy one to solve, not when the people in charge can wipe their memories and restart the neighborhood at any time, but they've been up against worse odds and they're determined to find answers to all their questions: What does Radford have to do with this? Or Mayor Chisel? And who the hell is Jason Marsden and why does everyone think Dash is him?
