Until everything went wrong, and instead of the villains locked in cages around campus and robots serving the students, it was suddenly the students locked in cages. And Director Fury is no where to be seen.

Fortunately for everyone, three students managed to avoid being captured — Janet, Tony and Natasha. Together, the three of them, along with a few friends from the bushes, have to find a way to save their fellow students and make sure the villains don't try to take over more than Avengers Academy.

(And of course, as they do this, they realize a few things about each other as well. Like figuring out that maybe the three of them have belonged together all along.)
