smallfandombangHi, folks! I want to thank those of you who are getting your final draft in early as that makes things easier on me. I have started replying to the submissions, though don't worry if you haven't heard from me yet to confirm receipt.
A few of you have sent in your e-mail with a different subject line than the one I requested: Your LJ User Name - Fic - Final Draft
Where I have written 'Fic' above, your subject line should also say 'Fic' (or 'Art', as the case may be). Please do not remove that word or add to it (for example, your fandom or the title of your work). The word 'Fic' (or 'Art') lets me know at a glance which spreadsheet I need to pull up to mark you has having sent in your final draft and makes things just a little bit easier on me.
