This is how it would look in my e-mail: Spikedluv - Fic - Final Draft
The only thing you should change is to put your actual user name where I have listed 'Your LJ User Name'. Where I have written 'Fic', your subject line should also say 'Fic' (or 'Art', as the case may be). Please do not remove that word or add to it (for example, your fandom or the title of your work). The word 'Fic' (or 'Art') lets me know at a glance which spreadsheet I need to pull up to mark you has having sent in your final draft and makes things just a little bit easier on me.
