Dear Everyone,

Today’s challenge at Fandom Snowflake is to send feedback to someone, with an emphasis this year on “the people who run challenges and exchanges, moderate communities, give us spaces to chat and bring us together.” While doing that I realized that this community would not still be here today without all of you. The fact that a multi-fandom, small fandom big bang has continued for six rounds when so many others fold after one or two, is a testament to everyone who signs up here as an author, or an artist, or a cheerleader/beta. So, thank you. I hope you all know how much I appreciate you, and the fact that you choose to participate here. *hugs*

Thank you for giving me the opportunity/push to write something I would not otherwise have written. Generally I write drabbles and ficlets - 3,000 for me is long - and yet here I am in my fourth year of taking part.

This is a terrific community/challenge and thank you for keeping it going for so many rounds. I have really enjoyed participating in it. While both November and December were not very productive for me on the writing front, which meant I had to drop out. I am looking forward to the stories/art produced for it. Wishing everyone good luck! Thanks for this community/challenge!

As challenge comms go, this is definitely one of the best organised ones that I have had the pleasure of taking part in. The information posts are clear and helpful, you always know where you are for deadlines and what's going on, and the mods are always helpful even if you feel like you're asking silly or obvious questions.

And the participants are often happy to comment with cheerleading and such, even for people writing in fandoms they've probably never heard of outside of this challenge!

I want to say thank you too for creating this challenge, it's a lot of fun and definitely helps with the motivation to write fic for some more obscure fandom that doesn't really have any fics for it to speak of lol.

Now me actually writing it in a timely fashion is another problem lol, the deadline is getting closer and I'm even not at 5000 words yet lol.
