SFBB07: Final Draft Submission Post

smallfandombangDon’t fret yet! Final fanfic and fanart drafts aren’t due right this second, but they are due by next Saturday, March 31st!
I’m putting this post up early so that people who are finished may submit their final drafts right along. Please follow the instructions below to submit your final drafts. (I do realize that some fanfic/fanart may not be 100% polished and ready to go, but I still need you to send in your final draft if you plan on posting. You may not claim a posting date if you haven’t turned in a final draft, so turn ~something in, even if it’s not actually your finished product. If you are dropping out, on the other hand, please let me know ASAP!)
How To Submit Your Final Draft:
~Include the subject line, form and attachment in your e-mail as set forth below.
~Email your final drafts to: sfbbmod @ gmail.com
~To make it easier for me to keep things organized, if you have written more than one story, or created artwork for more than one story, please submit a separate e-mail for each fic or art. Thank you!
Fanfic:
Subject line: Your User Name - Fic - Final Draft
Body: Copy and paste the below form into the body of your e-mail and fill it out.
Attachment: Please attach your fic in Word or text format.
Sample Submission:
Subject Line: BuckyCapLuvr - Fic - Final Draft
Body:
User Name: BuckyCapLuvr
Word Count: 15,000 words
Percent Complete: 100%
Fandom: The Dresden Files
Attach: Word or text document.
Fanart:
Subject line: Your User Name - Art - Final Draft
Body: Copy and paste the below form into the body of your e-mail and fill it out.
Attachment:
I do not require that you send in every single piece of art you have created, but I do need to see that you have fulfilled the criteria with respect to the artwork requirements
Graphics: I only need to see your primary/main piece of artwork. For example, if you created a banner and some icons, I just need to see the banner. Either attach the artwork or provide a link to where you are hosting it so I may look at it.
FanMixes: Please include a track list of songs and attach the cover art or provide a link to where you are hosting it so I may look at it.
If you have created artwork that does not fit these categories, please contact me so that I may tell you what I’ll need from you. Thank you.

Posting Sign-Up Reminder:
~The sign-up post for posting dates will go up on April 1 and will be open through April 4. Posting will run from April 5 - April 30. {Mod Note: I have scheduled a wisdom tooth extraction for April 4. Worst case scenario, I will not be available at all that day, so it’s better to claim a posting date as soon as possible, especially if you plan to claim an early posting date. Thank you.}
~Authors and Artists should communicate with each other to choose a posting date that works for both of you. Keep in mind that both Authors and Artists are encouraged to make announcement posts to this community. (Each date may be claimed twice, but you will be asked to list your top 3 dates just in case your first choice has already been taken.)
~Authors, please remember that you may not sign up for a posting date until I have received your final draft.
~If you need a later posting date for health related reasons or for some other reason out of your control, please let me know when you turn in your final draft. (Unfortunately, your muse deserting you or you going on vacation rather than working on your fic aren’t good enough reasons, sorry. o_O)
