Summary: Qingming was injured while protecting Boya from He Shouyue but is healing quickly with Boya's help. Tiandu, the Imperial city, is in mourning for its Empress, who was actually the Princess Changping, also once known as Fangyue. Certain ceremonies must be performed, and while attending the first ceremony Qingming has a vision. He convinces Boya that his vision was real so Boya agrees to accompany him on this new quest to save the soul of Fangyue, which brings them even closer to each other.
