Outstanding Invitations: We have about a dozen outstanding/unaccepted invitations to our support community, smallfandomcafe. Please check your mange invites page (from the menu: Communities/My Invites, or direct url: http://www.livejournal.com/manage/invites.bml) and accept the invitation.

Also, it’s important that you make sure you are watching both communities so that you get announcements on your f-list.

Support Community: Speaking of our support community, don’t forget to check out the posts over at smallfandomcafe! We currently have a meet & greet post for authors and artists to introduce themselves and meet other participating authors and artists, as well as a prompt post, and offer & request for beta/cheerleader posts for those of you wanting to offer your services as a beta/cheerleader (or request the services of same).

Also, don’t forget about the fandom/writing/art resource post and fandom pimp post! If you’d like to suggest resources for a small fandom, or for writing/creating art in general, then please comment to the resource post. If you’d like to create a pimp for your favorite small fandom (or link to an existing pimp) then please check out the fandom pimp post. (And if you’re looking for resources or fandom pimps, please check out those posts.)

Qualified Fandoms Database: I created a spreadsheet listing most of the qualified fandoms to-date (including fandoms qualified last round) to make it easier on me so that I’m not rechecking fandoms I’ve already qualified. I realized that the list might come in handy for you guys, too, so you can tell at a glance whether the fandom you want to write in has already been qualified or not.

Go to List View to sort the fandoms alphabetically or use the drop down box to see if your fandom is listed.

Hi! Thanks for including Lewis in your list of eligible fandoms. However, could you please list it as Lewis, and not Inspector Lewis? The former is its official title, though I know PBS will add the 'Inspector'. It is listed as Lewis on both AO3 and FFN. I couldn't find it at first on your spreadsheet because of this.

Yes, you absolutely were! I even have you marked as having been sent one, yet I can find no evidence that I actually did so. I apologize! Your invitation has now been sent.

I just discovered that invites expire after 30 days, so I believe that was the issue here.
