smallfandombangAuthor Sign-Ups: Author sign-ups close midnight October 31 (or whenever I wake up the next morning and close ‘em). If you’ve been holding off on signing up or know someone who wants to, you’ve got two weeks left to do so.
Artist Sign-Ups: Artist sign-ups will remain open until January 31, 2013. We could use more artists, so if you know anyone who would be interested in creating art for a small fandom or two, please send them our way!
Check-Ins: Just a reminder that check-ins are mandatory this round. That goes for both author and artist check-ins. Our first author check-in will be Nov 1. If you’re not available on that day, don’t panic – you will have a couple of days to check-in. If you won’t be around during that time period at all, then please send us an e-mail in lieu of check-in prior to your unavailability to let us know that you are still planning to participate. If you miss a check-in we will presume that you have withdrawn from the challenge.
